Introduction
PayPal provides Fraud Filters that allow you to fine-tune your settings so that you can eliminate as much fraud as possible while allowing legitimate transactions to process successfully.
If you are getting errors due to fraud filters, you may want to adjust them.
Follow this step-by-step guide to activate and/or adjust your PayPal Fraud Filters.
Step 1 – Browse to Your PayPal Account Fraud Filters.
- Click here to load PayPal’s Fraud Filters in your account.
Step 2 – Enable Fraud Filters
- If you have not already done so, you will need to enable Fraud filters as shown here:
Step 3 – Complete the Guided Tour
- PayPal provides a guided tour that will teach you all about how to use the Fraud Filters.
- We suggest you go through the steps of this tour.
Step 4 – Configure Your Filters
- Use the toggles / options to enable the Fraud Filters you would like to utilize.
